Welcome to ClientHook.app ("ClientHook", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, AI pitch generation engine, commercial video storyboard generator, pricing negotiation engine, and subscription services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

ClientHook provides an AI-powered strategic pitch, production, and deal-closing workflow engine designed specifically for UGC creators, video content creators, and influencer partners pitching commercial brand sponsorships and direct-response paid social deals. The Service analyzes publicly posted client hiring calls to generate targeted public comment curiosity hooks, private direct message (DM) sales pitches, multi-scene 30-Second Direct-Response Filming Storyboards (complete with visual framing, audio voiceovers, on-screen captions, and CapCut pacing notes), and 3-Round Deal Closer Pricing Negotiation Suites designed to analyze inbound brand rate offers, decode brand subtext, and formulate tactical counter-offers (A/B package upsells, floor fee defense, and Spark Ads usage licensing).

2. Accounts and Authentication

You must authenticate using a valid third-party Google OAuth account to access full pitch and negotiation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd). Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax calculation, and customer support for billing transactions.

• Billing Cycle & Subscriptions: ClientHook offers recurring subscription plans:ClientHook Pro ($29.99/month or $219/year) and ClientHook Platinum ($39.99/month or $299/year). Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time with 1-click inside your Account Settings or via the Paddle customer management portal.
• Feature Tiering & Entitlements: Advanced 30-Second Commercial Storyboard generation suites (up to 3 revisions per pitch), 3-Round Deal Closer Pricing Negotiation Engines, and 3-personality pitch battlecards are premium features strictly reserved for Platinum Members. Active Pro members may receive limited trial access as designated within the platform.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings or via the Paddle buyer portal (https://paddle.net). Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refund Policy: Our detailed cancellation and refund conditions are governed by our official Refund Policy available at https://clienthook.app/refund.
• Fair Use Policy (FUP): To protect cloud infrastructure stability and prevent automated script abuse, unlimited subscription plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Individual accounts generating in excess of 15 comprehensive pitch packages or excessive bulk scripts within a single calendar day (00:00 UTC reset) may experience temporary dynamic pacing cooldowns until the daily cycle refreshes.

4. Intellectual Property & User Commercial Rights

You retain 100% full commercial ownership and rights to all final sales pitches, video ad hook concepts, 30-second filming storyboards, and pricing counter-offer scripts generated through the Service. You are completely free to send, adapt, publish, whitelist, film, and commercialize all generated output for client contracts, brand sponsorships, and paid advertising campaigns without royalty obligations to ClientHook.

5. AI Output & Production Disclaimer (Important)

The pitches, budget battlecards, production storyboards, and negotiation scripts generated by ClientHook are synthesized by advanced artificial intelligence models.Budget ranges, founder psychology profiles, production scripts, and pricing negotiation suggestions are provided strictly as creative benchmarks and strategic guidelines.ClientHook does not guarantee client contract closings, that any brand will accept your counter-offers, specific response rates, or revenue earnings. Furthermore, creators remain solely responsible for verifying product claims, advertising compliance, and safety standards during actual physical video filming and production. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or spam content. Repeated submission of automated scripts or malicious non-job text will result in immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your account and device access.
