This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information when you use our web application, strategic pitch engines, commercial filming storyboard tools, and pricing negotiation suites.

1. Information We Collect

• Google Authentication Data: When you sign in with Google, we collect your primary email address and unique Google User ID (UID) to authenticate your account, track credits.
• User Input & Creative Data: We process the brand casting calls, campaign briefs, creator niches, brand feedback notes, inbound brand rate quotes, and selected ad hooks you submit to generate customized brand pitch battlecards, 30-second commercial filming storyboards, and multi-round pricing negotiation counter-offers.
• Device & Usage Identifiers: We collect non-reversible cryptographic device identifiers solely for rate-limiting, trial abuse prevention, and platform security.
• Billing & Payment Data: Sensitive payment transactions (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are handled directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We never store or process your sensitive payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Deliver and maintain our core pitch engine, 30-second production storyboard generator, and multi-round deal closer pricing engine.
• Archive your pitch history, storyboard revisions, and deal-won CRM revenue milestones in your private workspace.
• Deliver weekly high-ticket negotiation playbooks and teardowns (only if opted in via Account Settings).
• Enforce fair use rate limits and prevent unauthorized automated scraping.

3. Google API Data & Limited Use Disclosure

ClientHook's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell your Google data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Infrastructure

We partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers to operate the Service:

• Google Firebase & Google Cloud: Secure database storage, authentication, and serverless compute infrastructure. Generation requests sent to Google Gemini APIs are governed by enterprise zero-data-retention standards and are never used to train public foundation models.
• Paddle: Merchant of Record for global payment processing, sales tax compliance, and subscription management.
• Resend: Email delivery infrastructure used for delivering founder onboarding letters, account notices, and weekly high-ticket negotiation playbooks and deal teardowns (with 1-click opt-out control).

5. Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You retain full ownership of your creative pitch ideas, generated storyboards, and pricing counter-offer scripts. You have the right to access, export, or permanently delete your account data at any time. You can disable all email backups in your Account Settings. To request complete deletion of your account and archived pitches, email alex@clienthook.app.
